Email alerts that are sent to Exchange servers (2013 and above) have blank bodies

- After upgrading from R80.10 to Jumbo Take 142 or higher or to R80.20 emails from Check Point server are missing the body of the email.
- Currently this only effects Microsoft exchange mail server 2013 and 2016
- tcpdump and wireshark captures are showing the body of the email in the information columns of wireshark
- The email contains a blank body and a series of image attachments and one .MHT file which contains the actual alert.
