Contact Check Point Support to get a Hotfix for this issue.
A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
For faster resolution and verification please collect CPinfo files from the Security Management and Security Gateways involved in the case.
In affected systems, perform the following:
- For R80.20 GA, install R80.20 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 17 and then contact Check Point Support for an additional dedicated hotfix.
If you are running R80.20.M2, skip to step 2.
- Connect to the command line on the Security Management Server.
On the Multi-Domain Management Server, go to the context of the relevant Domain Management Server:
mdsenv <Name or IP Address of Domain Management Server>
- For all clusters under Domain, run:
[Expert@Hostname]# mgmt_cli -d <Name_of_Domain> run-init-interfaces scope all
For single cluster, run:
[Expert@Hostname]#mgmt_cli -d <Name_of_Domain> run-init-interfaces scope specific name <Cluster_Name>
Note: After installing the Hotfix, and before running the upgrade, run the 'run-init-interfaces' API command on all/specific objects. To do this, you can use batchRunInitInterfaces.sh, which automatically runs the 'run-init-interfaces' API command on relevant objects.
