Export of logs to Excel in SmartView MLM fails Technical Level
  • Cannot export logs to Excel from SmartView connected to Multi-Domain Log Server.


    1. Connect to SmartView to MLM
    2. In the top right corner, click Option -> Export to Excel
    3. Choose 1k Logs. A pop-up in the button right says "Task Started".
    4. Moving to the Reports Section on the left shows that the operation failed.

    Same operation works fine when connecting to Multi-Domain Management server.
