SNMP daemon is down after CPUSE clean install of R80.20

- After the user does a clean installation of R80.20 via CPUSE and activatates the SNMP, the next reboot causes the SNMP daemon to go down.
The /etc/rc.d/rc.local file lost its executable permissions after the CPUSE Clean install.
To determine this, run the following command from Expert mode:
[ -x /etc/rc.d/rc.local ] && echo 1
Pay attention to the spaces in the command: If the number 1 is not printed, then the file lacks the executable permissions.
Grant the /etc/rc.d/rc.local file executable permissions:
1. Run the following command from Expert mode:
[Expert@HostName]# chmod 755 /etc/rc.d/rc.local
The SNMP will be activated after the next reboot.
2. To prevent the problem on other machines, install the latest R80.20 CPUSE images (updated on December 20th, 2018).
