When burning and encrypting a DVD-RW with Media Encryption on Windows 7 that has SandBlast Agent installed, the burn sometimes fails.
Full Disk Encryption
Doing a restart of the computer during decryption, after uninstalling the Endpoint Connect client, may fail when using XTS-AES (128/256 bit) encryption on a BIOS (that is, a non-UEFI) computer.
The Endpoint Security Client computer may get stuck and show the message: "Loading Operating System..." after users enter their credentials in the "Full Disk Encryption Account Identification" Pre-boot window. This may happen when a user:
EITHER does an in-place OS upgrade with E80.83 or E80.84 installed to Windows 10 Version 1803.
OR does a clean installation of E80.83 or E80.84 on Windows 10 Version 1803.
The problem occurs on Dell models E5470/E6440/E7440/E7470 and similar that are configured to use BIOS, and have "System Configuration" > "SATA Operation" set to "RAID On" (also called Intel Rapid Recover Technology).
