Access rule name is blank in “Log and Monitoring” tab in SmartEvent
Symptoms
  • When the user filters logs in SmartEvent with the URLF and APPi filters, the Access rule name is blank in the “Log and Monitoring” tab in SmartEvent. (Note: the Access rule appears in full when the user opens a specific log file and runs the same filter, or when the user opens the log files in SmartView Tracker.)
