"Internal Server Error" is received when trying to access Gaia Portal/WebUI

The following error is received on browser when trying to access Gaia Portal/WebUi:
"Internal Server Error:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
Server was upgraded from R77.30 to R80.10.

Permissions of login.tcl, cgi-bin2, /opt/CPshrd-R80/lib and libopenssl.so are correct (Compared them with working GAIA machine).
Restarting the httpd process and resetting the GAIA Certificate has no impact.
/etc/hosts.allow file has an entry with: ALL: ALL
$CPDIR and $CPDIR/lib had permission issues.
