  • error_log shows:
[DATE TIME] [cgi:error] [pid 23398] [client x.x.x.x:59420] AH01215: /usr/bin/ipstcl2: error while loading shared libraries: libcpopenssl.so: cannot open shared object file: Permission denied: /web/cgi-bin2/login.tcl
[DATE TIME] [cgi:error] [pid 23398] [client x.x.x.x:59420] End of script output before headers: login.tcl

  • Permissions of login.tcl, cgi-bin2, /opt/CPshrd-R80/lib and libopenssl.so are correct (Compared them with working GAIA machine).

  • Restarting the httpd process and resetting the GAIA Certificate has no impact.

  • /etc/hosts.allow file has an entry with: ALL: ALL

Cause

$CPDIR and $CPDIR/lib had permission issues.
