Cause

When creating the bootable USB drive using ISOmorphic Tool, there is an option to include additional hotfixes or packages on top of the base Gaia ISO. During Gaia installation, system allocates a partition for factory defaults restoration and it is too small to fit the system with all the hotfixes that were added when creating the bootable USB drive. This causes the process to fail in some instances.
