After installing "SandBlast Agent" or "Endpoint Complete package EVAL" evaluation licenses on Endpoint Security Server, all other Endpoint licenses stop working
Symptoms
  • SmartEndpoint GUI shows all Endpoint Security clients in "Disconnected" state because of missing license after installing "SandBlast Agent" or "Endpoint Complete package EVAL" evaluation licenses (generated in Check Point User Center) on Endpoint Security Server.

  • SmartEndpoint GUI - "Reporting" tab - "License Report" shows missing licenses and seats.

    Example:

New added evaluation licenses do not appear in Postgres database.
