Symptoms
User enabled the feature Ability for the end users to send the original e-mail to their mailbox through UserCheck portal as per sk114613. User connected from mobile phone cannot send original e-mail to their mailbox via UserCheck portal as the "Send" button is missing from portal page.
When a user is connected from a PC there is no issue.
