  • User enabled the feature “Ability for the end users to send the original e-mail to their mailbox through UserCheck portal “ as per sk114613.
    User connected from mobile phone cannot send original e-mail to their mailbox via UserCheck portal as the "Send" button is missing from portal page.
  • When a user is connected from a PC – there is no issue.
