Symptoms
When HTTPS inspection and Application Control blades are enabled, SSH/SFTP/FTP sessions fails to connect.
No packet drops is seen in SmartView Tracker.
Cause
HTTPS Inspection rulebase is configured with an inspection rule with Any set as the service.
