Symptoms
- "Error: Threat Extraction is not responding" message appears in SmartConsole.
- Threat Extraction stops responding for mail requests, via CLI.
- cpstat scrub CLI command does not show Threat Extraction information.
- High CPU usage on the Security Gateway due to the processes: urandom, tr, or fold.
