Symptoms
  • "Exporting to CSV" or "Exporting to PDF" in SmartView is displayed as completed, but the file does not appear.


    In R80.20 and higher, when the download completes:

The product is functioning as designed.

To retrieve the exported PDF or CSV in R80.10 SmartView:

  1. Open a new Tab
  2. Under the Tasks Section, Click on Archive.
  3. The exported Excel and PDF files will be listed.
  4. Select the relevant file and download.
