Compliance data is missing after deploy or update
Symptoms
  • Missing data in Compliance Overview (Gateways, Regulations, etc.) after deploy or update.
  • Blade checks report an NA result. When the practice is selected the relevant objects does not contain any objects.
  • CPM Doctor test "Broken Links from not existing GRC objects" must to fails
  • Solution in sk116130 does not fix the issue.
  • After scan, Compliance View has negative summary values.
  • Error message in SmartConsole: "An internal error has occurred. (Code: 0x8003001D, Could not access file for write operation)"
  • Compliance scans are not updating the practices statuses or statistics.
  • grc_interpreter.elg contains the following log: "Failed to update objects 12"
  • In addition, cpm.elg shows EntityLockException at the same time.
  • cpm.elg shows "Link has duplicate destination" at the same time.
  • Can't delete IPS Profiles / Gateways with the next logs in cpm.elg: com.checkpoint.infrastructure.utils.runtime.CpAssertionError: Uncaught exception com.checkpoint.infrastructure.utils.runtime.CpAssertionError: Can't reach source object, maybe it already deleted com.checkpoint.infrastructure.utils.runtime.CpAssertionError: Can't lock/unlock following objects ids because they not exists in DB: {[UID]}
