Zero Touch Cloud Service for SMB appliances

The administrator applies the initial deployment configuration for the gateways in the Zero Touch portal (or API service), When a gateway is connected to the internet for the first time, it fetches the settings automatically.

The settings from the Zero Touch server replace the First Time Configuration Wizard. After the gateway downloads and successfully applies the settings, it will not connect to the Zero Touch server again.

ZeroTouch Cloud service supports REST API - all actions are available through API calls.

Zero Touch Cloud Service for Gaia OS gateways

The administrator applies the initial deployment configuration for the gateway in the Zero Touch portal (or API service) which includes producing Identification Key. The same Identification Key is configured on the Gaia gateway to identify the appliance unambiguously.

Gaia gateway should have correct Identification Key and active internet connection in order to communicate with Zero Touch Cloud Service. The Identification Key and internet connection can be set via Gaia First Time Configuration Wizard or via Clish CLI commands.
