Symptoms
  • SmartView Tracker / SmartLog does not show all e-mail recipients (from the "To" and "Cc" fields) when an e-mail is received through the Mail Transfer Agent (MTA).
Cause

Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) does not parse the e-mail's MIME headers when the recipients listed in the SMTP header are different from the recipients listed in the e-mail's MIME headers.
