Symptoms
According to a Cabinet decision published in the Official Gazette on September 7th 2016, Turkey will not switch back to standard time at 4:00 a.m. on Oct. 30 as planned and will continue to use daylight saving time, which was set at 3:00 a.m. on March 27.
Turkey has abandoned the practice of adjusting the local time to and from DST for good, effectively changing the country's time zone to a permanent UTC offset of plus 3 hours (UTC+3).
