Symptoms

25/40/100 GbE fiber cards 15000 / 23000 appliances stop passing traffic after installing Take 128 and above of R77.30 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator.

Cause

Due to an issue in Take 117, during the installation of any higher Take of R77.30 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator, the upgrade of "mlx01" RPM fails.
This causes the mlx_compat and mlx5_core drivers for 40 GbE fiber cards to be removed from the appliance (from /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/kernel/drivers/addon/mlx01/).

As a result, traffic is not able to pass through 40 GbE fiber cards.
