Report generation in SmartEvent stuck in "query execution in progress" status Technical Level
  • When creating a custom report in SmartEvent NGSE, generating stuck in "query execution in progress" for several days.

Tried to generate report for more than 250 logs. This caused high CPU consumption and caused the report to fail.

The custom report includes a "Statistical Table" (that can contain a maximum of only 250 logs).

In order to be able to generate the desired report, "Statistical Table" should be changed to "Log Table".
