Lease Expires date displayed for Endpoint Virtual Network Adapter does not reflect configured Office Mode lease duration Technical Level
Symptoms
  • Output of ipconfig from cmd shows a Lease Expires date on the Check Point Virtual Network Adapter for Endpoint VPN Client much later than the date that the actual configured Office Mode lease duration would specify.
Cause

The Lease Duration assigned to the Virtual Network Adapter is always larger than the configured Office Mode lease duration. 

The value represented for the Virtual Network Adapter has no effect on the client's connection duration or Office Mode lease duration.

The configured Duration and Expiration ( Configured Office Mode lease ) can be seen in the client VPN overview, as shown below.
