Issue with DHCP Relay: Traffic capture with TCPdump shows DHCP Discover packets (from 0.0.0.0:68 to 255.255.255.255:67) on the correct interfaces.
Neither FW Monitor, RouteD traces, nor kernel debug for "FW" module ('fw ctl debug -m fw') show these DHCP Discover packets.
Issue with DHCP Relay: Cluster kernel debug ('fw ctl debug -m cluster + drop') shows the following drops: FW-1: fwha_select_ip_packet: dropping packet that arrived on ifn IF <Name_of_Interface> (<Number_of_Interface> - vmac - <VMAC_Address>
Issue with DHCP Server:
When all cluster members are up, DHCP Server is not working.
DHCP Server works as expected if only one cluster member is active and others are stopped.
DHCP Requests are not dropped, they are just ignored by the dhcpd daemon.
Traffic capture shows only DHCP Requests from the clients, but no DHCP Replies from the DHCP Server.
When checking if an IP address is broadcast, interface netmask is taken into account when it should not.
