Symptoms

Users and groups disappear from SmartDashboard after successful installation of R77.30 Management Add-on.
The size of the $FWDIR/conf/fwauth.NDB file is very small (~20KB).

Cause

Corruption of one or more objects in the $FWDIR/conf/fwauth.NDB file.
