UserCheck block page is not shown when some sites are blocked and HTTPS Inspection is enabled
Symptoms
  • The UserCheck block page is sometimes not shown when matched on application, even though the HTTPS Inspection is enabled.

  • The browser displays a general message:
    Can't access this web page : ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Cause

This is caused when the application is matched on client to server (C2S) or server to client (S2C) raw data before inspecting the traffic.
