Status of Virtual Systems is "Active!" and "Down" after configuring Cluster Global ID Technical Level
Symptoms
  • Output of "cphaprob state" command after configuring Cluster Global ID per sk25977 shows that status of Virtual Systems is "Active!" and "Down".

  • Output of "cphaconf cluster_id get" command shows:

    cphaconf cluster_id: WARNING: different values for cluster_id: kernel: XXX ha_boot.conf: YYY
                                  please set cluster_id using the command: "cphaconf cluster_id set <value>"
    
Cause

$FW_BOOT_DIR/ha_boot.conf file on VSX cluster member(s) contains wrong configuration (unrecognized parameters / values).

Example:

ha_installed 1
cluster_id   6
p_mode broadcast
ccp_mode broadcast
