SmartDashboard "Overview" pane shows wrong "Install Date" in "My Organization" widget
Symptoms
  • SmartDashboard "Overview" pane shows wrong "Install Date" in "My Organization" widget:

    1. In SmartDashboard, go to "Firewall" tab
    2. In the left tree, click on "Overview" pane
    3. Refer to "My Organization" widget
    4. "Install Date" column shows date based on UTC without UTC offset

    Example:

    1. Policy was installed when local date and time on SmartConsole computer were 21:00 UTC-5 on 29 December
    2. "Install Date" column shows 30 December (since it would be 02:00 UTC+0)
