"Service Name" field in SmartView Tracker logs shows wrong service
Symptoms
  • "Service Name" field in SmartView Tracker logs shows wrong service - traffic that is matched to a specific rule that allows creation of SecureXL Templates (e.g., HTTP), is shown in SmartView Tracker logs as another service.

Cause

Service ID is not sent in Security Gateway logs for connection that was matched to SecureXL Template. As a result, wrong Service Name might appear in Security Gateway logs displayed in SmartView Tracker.
