Compliance blade Regulations tab does not show any requirements Technical Level
  • All Regulations are empty from requirements in the Compliance tab of the SmartDashboard.

  • The interpreter license_check command returns:
    You have 4 network objects supported by Compliance Blade:
    Failed to cp_initlic_for_domain
    Please arrange a valid Compliance license

  • "Failed to load X results. Please make sure that no objects were deleted since the last scan and that you have permissions to the Application Control blade" error when viewing details of a Security Best Practice.
  • Some licenses on the MDS level contain IP address that does not match the machine IP address. This causes a failure in the Compliance blade license check function.
  • Another reason would be a failure to read properly initialize the MDS level licenses on the CMA level
