Symptoms
Some buttons are grayed out in Threat Prevention profile "Anti-Virus Settings" when working with SmartDashboard in Read Only mode. As a result, it is not possible to see which settings are configured.
Go to "Threat Prevention" tab.
In the left pane, click on "Profiles".
Select a profile - click on "Edit..." button.
Go to "Anti-Virus Settings".
In "Protocol" section - the "Configure..." button is available
In "File Types" section - the "Configure..." button is grayed out
In "Archives" section - the "Configure..." button is grayed out
