Some buttons are grayed out in Threat Prevention profile "Anti-Virus Settings" when working with SmartDashboard in Read Only mode
Symptoms
  • Some buttons are grayed out in Threat Prevention profile "Anti-Virus Settings" when working with SmartDashboard in Read Only mode. As a result, it is not possible to see which settings are configured.

    1. Go to "Threat Prevention" tab.
    2. In the left pane, click on "Profiles".
    3. Select a profile - click on "Edit..." button.
    4. Go to "Anti-Virus Settings".
    5. In "Protocol" section - the "Configure..." button is available
    6. In "File Types" section - the "Configure..." button is grayed out
    7. In "Archives" section - the "Configure..." button is grayed out
