There is no "Follow up" flag in SmartEvent NGSE Technical Level
Symptoms
  • IPS events received from IPS logs with "Follow Up" flag on SmartEvent NGSE lose the flag and cannot be seen under IPS > Follow UP predefined query. The predefined query for "Follow Up" is empty.
Cause

"Follow Up" flag is not supported in NGSE.
