Internal Capsule Docs Client users cannot login
Symptoms
  • Internal (organizational) users cannot login to Capsule Docs server in the following scenarios:
    • Capsule Docs Client (editor)
    • Mobile Devices
    • Capsule Docs PC Viewer
Cause

In case the Endpoint server contains one or more domain controllers (e.g. Active Directory) with overlapping users, those users will not be able to perform login to Capsule Docs server
