Not able to open an attached file in Outlook Web App (OWA) while working in SecureWorkspace
Symptoms
  • Not able to open an attached file in Outlook Web App (OWA) while working in SecureWorkspace:

    1. Connect to SecureWorkspace
    2. Connect to Outlook Web App (OWA)
    3. Open an e-mail with attached file
    4. Double-click on the attached file
    5. In the "File Download" window, click on "Open"
    6. User is taken from SecureWorkspace to the Desktop, and the following error about the stability issue is presented:
      "It was detected problem with stability. You can help developers to resolve this problem by sending some debug information to Check Point server."
      Example:
    7. The OWA window starts the associated program, but the program shows:
      "The file is corrupted and cannot be opened"
