Unable to connect to CMAs using the UDM portal
Symptoms
  • Unable to connect to CMAs using the UDM portal.
  • The connection fails with "General error" message displayed in the UDM portal.
Cause

The $MDSDIR/conf/mdsdb/webservices_cmas_ports.conf was not created on the MDM machine, or was wrriten with the wrong syntax.
