After upgrading the MDS, Domain Manager user no longer can log into Global SmartLog GUI
Symptoms
  • After upgrading the MDS, Domain Manager user no longer can log into Global SmartLog GUI:
    The connection to Multi-Domain Server 'x.x.x.x' has been refused because the database could not be opened

  • The same user can connect with SmartLog GUI directly to Domains with enabled SmartLog.

Cause

Authentication issue with Domain Manager Administrators.
