External Capsule Docs Client users cannot complete registration process Technical Level
Symptoms
  • External ( Non-organizational) users cannot complete registration process in the following scenarios:
    • Capsule Docs Client (editor)
    • Mobile Devices
    • Capsule Docs PC Viewer
Solution

Installation on Windows OS:

  1. Download the Hotfix from: Check Point R77 Hotfix for sk104643 - Windows OS
  2. Copy the downloaded file to the server.
  3. Execute 'Check_Point_Hotfix_R77_Windows_sk104643.exe'.
  4. Follow the instructions and wait for "Installation successful" message.
  5. Open Command Prompt and run 'cpstart'.

Installation on Gaia OS:  

  1. Download the Hotfix from: Check Point R77 Hotfix for sk104643 - Gaia OS
  2. Copy the downloaded file to the server, unpack it (tar -zxvf <file_name>).
  3. Execute './uepm_HOTFIX_ARSENIC_MAIN_HF_BASE_023_990023001_1'.
  4. Follow the instructions and wait for "Installation successful" message.
  5. Run 'cpstart'.
