Applications in Mobile Access Portal cannot be started when Windows computer connects to Internet with PPPoE Technical Level
  • User is able to connect to Internet via PPPoE, User can log in to Mobile Access Portal and start a Native Application. However:

    • The default path of the program does not appear occasionally.
    • Clicking on default application or manually selecting does not start the application because hostname cannot be resolved.
  • Connecting with SSL Network Extender (SNX) and accessing 'Connection Safe Applications' fails to bring up the correct applications in the web browser. These applications can be accessed via IP addresses, but not by FQDN.


Issues with the binding order of Virtual Networking Adaptor. When connecting through PPPoE, the PPPoE connection is at top of the binding order, therefore DNS queries are sent to the PPPoE's DNS server.
