Security Gateway R77.20 fails to fetch new IntelliStore feeds
Symptoms
  • After purchasing a new IntelliStore feed and activating it from User Center, the feed is still not seen in SmartView Monitor, and is not enforced on the Security Gateway R77.20.

  • The IntelliStore feed's contract appears to be valid and installed correctly on the Security Gateway R77.20.

  • Restarting Check Point services (with 'cpstop;cpstart' commands) on Security Gateway R77.20, or specifically restarting the FWD daemon (with 'cpwd_admin' command) on Security Gateway R77.20 resolves the issue.
