No logs are shown in SmartView Tracker when selecting 'Link Selection' or 'Permanent Tunnels' in 'VPN Feature' filter
Symptoms
  • No logs are shown in SmartView Tracker in the following scenario:

    1. SmartView Tracker - go to 'View' menu - select the 'Query Properties' (it should be marked with "V").
    2. In the 'Query Properties' pane, check the box 'VPN Feature'.
    3. In the log, go to 'Origin' column:
      1. Right-click on the column's title - click on 'Edit Filter...'.
      2. Select specific Security Gateway - click on 'Add >' - click on 'OK'.
    4. In the log, go to 'VPN Feature' column:
      1. Right-click on the column's title - click on 'Edit Filter...'.
      2. Select either 'Link Selection', or 'Permanent Tunnels' (depends on the settings for that specific Security Gateway) - click on 'OK'.
    5. No results appear.
