Username of administrator that viewed the DLP 'Incident' logs in SmartLog GUI is not logged in the 'Management' logs in SmartView Tracker
Symptoms
  • When using a special Permissions Profile (for example, the following permissions are checked in the 'Monitoring and Logging' section - 'DLP Logs including confidential fields' and 'View/Release/Discard DLP messages'), the username of an administrator that viewed the DLP 'Incident' logs in SmartLog GUI is not logged in the 'Management' ('Audit') logs in SmartView Tracker. Instead, the value 'localhost' is displayed in the 'Admin' column of the 'Management' ('Audit') logs.
