Multi-Core Support for SSL Tunneling

Improved performance for SSL Network Extender, Mobile Access portal, Mobile Enterprise and Mobile VPN (when using Mobile VPN SSL Tunnel mode).

By default, Multi-Core SSL tunneling is "off". To learn how to activate it and more about Multi-Core SSL tunneling, please refer to sk101223.

Native Applications SSO

Allows you to pass the user credentials to the application running over SNX so that users are not prompted for credentials.

To learn how to configure Native Applications SSO, please refer to the R77 Mobile Access Administrator guide (with R77.20 changes).

Single Sign On Authentication Format Configuration

Allows you to configure the domain and user notation when authenticating to web servers that don't accept Domain\User notation, such as Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365).

To learn how to configure the Single Sign On Authentication Format, please refer to R77 Mobile Access Administrator guide (with R77.20 changes).

This enhancement requires the R77.20 Management add-on.

Mobile Enterprise enhancements

  1. Simplified push notifications configuration:

    • No need to import the gateway certificate to the Exchange Server Windows server.
    • When deploying the R77.20 Management add-on, push notifications are configured for you in the Mobile Access First Time Wizard.

  2. Remote wipe push notification support. The gateway will send remote wipe, as push notifications, so that wipe will take place when the app is in the background.

  3. Calendar push notification support. The gateway will send calendar changes, as push notifications, so that calendar reminders will be updated when in the background.

Passcode logs

Passcode logs are created when the Mobile Enterprise container is locked, when it is unlocked and when the passcode is forgotten. This enhancement requires the R77.20 Management add-on only for the SmartView Tracker and SmartLog side in order to present the log better (icons, etc.).

Citrix Storefront Support

Supports Citrix Storefront web interface.

SSL Version Configuration Support

Allows you to configure the SSL handshake protocol between the gateway and the internal server, for each application.

To learn how to configure the SSL version, please refer to the R77 Mobile Access Administrator guide (with R77.20 changes).

This enhancement required the R77.20 Management add-on.

This solution has been verified for the specific scenario, described by the combination of Product, Version and Symptoms. It may not work in other scenarios.
