"No access rules defined for user" error Technical Level
Symptoms
  • When logging into the Mobile Access via a mobile device, user receives an "invalid username/password" message.
  • SmartView Tracker shows "No access rules defined for user" error.
  • When logging into SNX portal, user receives an "User is unauthorized" message
Cause

There is no application defined for Mobile Access, You must define at least one application for mobile access to work.
