Symptoms
  • "Failed to fetch the file" message when trying to open packet capture in SmartView Tracker log that was sent from VSX Gateway.

  • Debug of CPLMD daemon on Security Management Server (per sk86324) shows:

    fwnetobj_getbysicname: table_chosen_get_with_param(eTABLE_NETWORK_OBJECTS, is_obj_SIC_name, CN=Gui_Client) returned NULL.
    CGetBlobCmdMgr::getBlob: no server IP
    Failed getting blob file!
    CGetBlobCmdMgr::onFailure: failure message is: Failed to fetch the file
