Transferring files to/from Check Point Support

Starting Nov. 15, 2009 transferring files to/from Check Point Support is done only through SFTP servers.


  1. Contact Check Point Support.

    A Support Engineer will create a personal folder for you, which will include two sub-folders: 'Incoming' and 'Outgoing' and supply you with the credentials forthe SFTP server.

    Note: this personal folder can be accessed only by you and Check Point Support.

  2. Connect to the SFTP server for the appropriate Support Center:

    Americas (Dallas): sftp.ts.checkpoint.com

    Americas (Ottawa): sftp.ott.checkpoint.com

    International (Tel Aviv): sftp.checkpoint.com

  3. To connect to the server and upload/download the file(s), use the following programs:

    For Windows: WinSCP

    For Linux: LFTP

    For SecurePlatform: SFTP
